HOW TO USE:
Press and slide the knife heel to the sharpener slot.
Step 1: Course sharpening Knife tip down, pull through the knife at a vertical angle between 15 to 45 degrees. Repeat 3-8 times until the knife blade is sharp.
Step 2: Fine Honing Knife tip up, pull through the knife and gently press in. Keep vertical angle between 15 to 45 degrees. Repeat 3-5 times.
Wipe off the metal shavings off the knife once you are finished.
CAUTION:
Do not put the sharpener in the dishwasher of submerge in water Make sure to wipe the metal shaving off the knife after sharpening.
