This coastal dish from India offers a unique and rare combination of spicy and tangy tastes. Serving suggestion: serve hot with Indian bread or steamed rice. Suggested Use Cooking Instructions Pan Recipe In a pan, empty entire contents of Kitchens of India's Fish Curry Paste, add 2/3 cups of water and 1 lb. firm white fish. Bring to a boil. Cover & simmer for 10 minutes or until fish is tender. If desired, add 2 tbsp grated coconut before boiling. Keep aside for 5 minutes and serve. Microwave Recipe In a microwave bowl, mix entire contents of Kitchens of India's Fish Curry Paste, 2/3 cup water & 1 lb. firm white fish. Microwave on medium for 10 minutes or until fish is tender. Keep aside for 5 minutes and serve. Serving Suggestions Garnish with chopped coriander leaves. Serve hot with roti, naan or steamed rice. Other Ingredients Onion, garlic, sunflower oil, spices, tomato paste, ginger, salt, lime juice, water, curry leaves & dehydrated garlic flakes. Warnings Once opened use immediately. Do not use inner pouch if leaking or bill pouch in boiling water for 3-5 minutes. Cut open and serve hot. Other Ingredients Spinach pasta, cottage cheese, yoghurt (milk, cultures), onions, sunflower oil, garlic, water, butter, tomato paste, ginger, gram flour, milk, salt, spices, green chillies, cashews, lemon juice and coriander leaves.
