KITCHEN KNIFE SHARPENER OPERATION: 1.Insert the blade into the slot at a 90-degree angle to the sharpener. 2.Place blade in carbide cutting heads. 3.Pull the knife straight back towards you(2-3 times) while applying a light pressure. 4.Place blade in ceramic fine smoothing rods. 5.Pull the knife straight back towards you(5-6 times) while applying heavy pressure. 6.If blade is still dull, repeat these steps until blade is sharp. MANUAL NOTE: 1.Please check the position or angle of the knife into the V-groove and grind the knife again if the knife is not grind sharp enough. 2.If there are gaps on the knife or gills too thick, please fix that first. Please clean the oil on the knife before grinding so as to avoid affecting the sharpener effect. Not suitable for grinding ceramic knives or scissors. 3.Always clear the sharpener after use. Clean with a damp cloth or mild brush, wipe dry. 4.Please put the knife sharpener and knife beyond the reach of children to avoid any accidents. 5.Always rest your sharpener on a sturdy flat surface, never on your leg, and keep fingers behind finger guard or injury could occur.
