?? It really is like cheating when working with fresh greens (beet greens, swiss chard, kale, ...). The only criticism I could give this is that for some of the really wide stalked swiss chard doesn't fit easily into the largest hole. It is still faster than knife work though. ?? Purchased as a gift and receiver loved it! Said it worked great! ?? works about half the time, half as good as you wish it would. doesn't really save any time in food prep, pretty much just a novelty
