Product Description Experience King Kong as never before in this exclusive 2-Disc Special Edition! See the larger-than-life film, plus, watch three-time Academy Award-winning filmmaker Peter Jackson take you behind the scenes of this epic adventure. Thrilling, in-depth featurettes reveal the genius behind the creation of this timeless story. Bonus Content: The Volkswagen Touareg & King Kong See More of NYC in "Wish You Were Here" Introduction by Peter Jackson Post Production Diaries Skull Island: A Natural History Kong's New York, 1933 Additional Features At least one part of the extras on the two-disc King Kong DVD is as gargantuan as the movie: the voluminous post-production diaries, which document in loving detail the process of putting together Peter Jackson's epic after principal photography. Through it all, Jackson is an amiable host, and you get the feeling despite the ton of work, it's actually fun to work for this guy. The rest of the extras, though, will leave you definitely wondering: is that all there is? Skip past the commercial for the Volkswagen Touareg, and make a stop at "Kong's New York" only if you need a remedial history of the city circa 1933. A bit of fun is had, though, with "Skull Island: A Natural History," which gives a great backstory to the
