The vials are machined from an optical-grade acrylic block to provide clear readings and are shockproof to resist breakage. The level has a solid, cast aluminum body for durability and corrosion resistance, a milled leveling surface for accuracy, and a tapered design for use in tight spaces. It is available in 12' and 24' lengths. Levels are used in the building trades, engineering, surveying, and metalworking, among other applications.
