Kampot Peppercorn Blanc_ White Kampot Peppercorns

White pepper is the result of the transformation of the red pepper. Its outer coat is skillfully removed and the Kampot white pepper consequently develops a powerful bouquet of delicate aromas. Its intense, spicy taste conceals hints of fresh herbs and lemon. The Kampot red and white peppers are extremely rare peppercorns because of the difficulty in harvesting them at exactly the right moment of full maturity and the need to pick the peppercorns by hand. The Kampot region of Cambodia is one of the few places in the world to produce these white Peppercorns from the red pepper.
