The Kettle Grip for dumbbell is a portable dumbbell adapter that turns ordinary dumbbells into dynamic workouts. While the Kettle Grip doesn’t completely mimic the action of an actual kettlebell (due to weight distribution on a dumbbell), it can deliver many of the same benefits at a fraction of the cost. The kettle grip handle is able to take a traditional dumbbell set and make them into kettlebells simply by adding the grip.
