Foam axes, that is. Because this game replaces the traditional tools of axe throwing with foam axes, it’s safe to play indoors and outdoors by adults and children ages 6+. How It Works - Each player takes turns throwing a foam axe at the target. Each ring on the target is worth 1, 2, 3, or 4 points. - The red bullseye is worth 6 points. - To score a point, the axe head must stick to the board; if the axe bounces off, no points are scored. - If the axe head is in two rings, take the greater of the two scores. - During the final round, the small blue circles on the target are each worth 10 points. During all other rounds, they are worth only 1 point. Experiment with different throwing techniques: one handed, two handed, or even underhanded!
