The Titanium White Oil Stick is made from modifications to the Joules & Joules Titanium White paint recipe. In this process, safe proportions of beeswax and carnauba wax are added to ensure a dry outer skin and a solid, creamy consistency on the inside. Titanium White is opaque, has high covering power, whiteness and shine. Pigment: Titanium dioxide (PW 6 ). Vehicle: Cold Pressed Linseed Oil. Stabilizers: Beeswax and Carnauba Wax. OPAQUE PERMANENCE Lightfastness: I (Excellent). Degradation Processes: Not affected by dilute alkalis, acids, light and air. Non-reactive with drying oils and therefore has a slow drying time.
