The Cadmium Orange Oil Stick is made from modifications to the Joules & Joules Cadmium Orange paint recipe. In this process, safe proportions of beeswax and carnauba wax are added to ensure a dry outer skin and a solid, creamy consistency on the inside. Cadmium Orange is a reddish orange very resistant to light, semi-opaque and with moderate coloring power. It is bright, dense and has a strong visual impact. Pigment: Cadmium Selenium Sulfide (PO 20) Vehicle: Safflower Oil and Cold Pressed Linseed Oil. Stabilizers: Beeswax and Carnauba Wax SEMI OPAQUE PERMANENCE Lightfastness: I (Excellent). Degradation Processes: May fade when exposed to very humid conditions and excessive light for a long time. May be sensitive in acidic environments. Toxicity: Avoid contact, inhalation and ingestion of pigment powder, as they may be toxic under these conditions.
