John Deere Day Show — 1959. Approximately 171 minutes. COLOR. The first year of the “30” Series Tractors includes: “Oddities In Farming”; a tour of the John Deere Harvester Works in the feature, “Building the Big Ones”; “What’s New for 1959”; and the Gordon Family film, “Too Young to Retire,” which features the introduction of the “30” Series. A supplementary film, “What’s New in Industrial Equipment,” finishes the 1959 program and shows the full line, including the “830” I and “840” with scrapers.
