WARM TIPS
To figure out how much lifting strength you need, place a rod or firm stick at the point of lifting, with a scale under it. The amount of weight pushing down, at the mounting point, is how much lifting strength you need. HOW TO INSTALL
1. Use a small flat head screwdriver, and pry the clip out just enough to take the pre-assembled hardware off. 2. If what you're working on doesn't have existing ball-hitch style mounts, then you would just use screws, to mount the already assembled strut mounts to whatever it is.
