Jennifer's Kitchen was founded in 1998 in just that, my kitchen using recipes that I developed just for the fun of gift giving. What began as a holiday neighbor gift, soon became too popular for kitchen production. This began our journey into the holiday travel shows and larger scale production as we grew. Utilizing only the freshest ingredients, we truly believe our all natural pepper jellies and conserves are sure to please even the most discernible palette. We produce in small batches in the most beautiful copper basins, keeping the heart of my kitchen in every jar. As my youngest son is allergic to food coloring, you will find none in my products. We work very hard to make the jellies beautiful, naturally.
