Put the ankle ice pack into the Freezer at-20° for 1-2 hours, or the microwave to heat up for 10-15 seconds, and then take out the ice pack for ankle to wear, and keep ankle ice pack wrap in place for approximately 15-20 minutes.
Cold Therapy: Place in freezer bag and put in freezer for at least two hours
Heat Therapy: Remove from any plastic bags. Be sure it is at room temperature. Microwave for 10-15 seconds.
Apply: wear it onto your ankle and keep it in place for approximately 15 minutes.
Wash: Hand washes with a damp towel. Do not submerge in water. Air dry, do not machine wash.
