Originating from the Sidama region of southern Ethiopia (often called the birthplace of coffee), Yirgacheffe constantly lists among the world's top coffee. It has a light to medium body, a distinctive fruity flavor profile, as well as a floral fragrance and tea-like finish. The clean taste of the Yirgacheffe coffee, combined with its sharp acidity and complex citrus or fruity notes, results in a deliciously distinctive drinking experience. Yirgacheffe coffee is particularly suited to iced coffee or cold brew. IIt also brews well in a metal-filtered chemex, and as a French Press - the latter enhances the flavor during the infusion and brew stages.
