Rubber gives you a smooth soft ride - Poly gives you a hard stiff ride feeling every vibration from the engine trans and rear end. If poly was the way to do it the car companies would of already done it. These are simply the best mounts on the market. We First looked at what other companies were selling before we made these. We were shocked at what we found. There was not a single company that made the correct mounts. Plenty of general mounts that did not match anything. This is the reason we did this project - Now it is right. The inline tube mounts are the exact size and shape with the correct metal insert and all the details are exact right down to the correct durometer rubber. There is no way to tell them from the originals except they are new. We have done an extreme amount of research on this project, looking at many original cars and assembly manual and service manual doc's. What we found was - assembly line workers did not pay attention- they missed mounts, put them in the wrong locations - one side of the car did not match the other. There were plenty of mistakes made.
