Grinnell Glacier hike was probably the toughest hike I experienced in Glacier what with the intermittent rain and carrying camera gear. It seemed to go uphill despite promises of it being "flat" for the first four miles and was endless. I nearly cried when I thought I was near the end, and someone said we had an hour more. But the views were breathtaking, overlooking Grinnell, Josephine and Swiftcurrent lakes, and it was worth it when we got up to the glacier. The glacier is doomed to melt thanks to global warming, so I was very grateful to see it. A splendid place - just wish I had wings! Copyrighted - Belinda Greb. Available Sizes will fit 8x10, 11x14, 12x18, or 16x24 mat sizes. I have chosen sizes that that tend to have standardized matting and framing options. If you would like custom or larger sizing, please contact me. The original ratio is 3:2/2:3, so 8x10 and 11x14 sizes will be cropped. (See additional images.) There will be a border on all prints to allow for matting and framing ranging from a .125 border for smaller sizes to 1-inch borders for larger prints. Note: Print will be from the high-resolution file; the online image is a low-resolution file sized for the web.
