My Private Rainbow (Scattered) is an eye catching holographic top coat that is sure to make you drool! This top coat has been made using the SpectraFlair 35 series holographic pigment. The larger particle size of the SpectraFlair 35 series pigment catches much more light and delivers a very sparkly and scattered holographic rainbow effect like none other. It's very important to note that the SpectraFlair pigment is silver in color when not in direct sunlight. Because of this we've done a lot of testing to ensure that 1 to 2 coats won't overwhelm your base color.
