For Better Bio-availability & Palatability Take - Take ½ -2 tea spoon morning empty stomach with Amla juice or Lemon juice.
External Use: 1. Take 1 tea spoon Bhringaraj Powder + 1 tea spoon amla powder Make paste with plain water and apply on head scalp, keep it for 1 hour and wash. 2. Take 2 tea spoon Bhringaraj Powder, add it to 100ml coconut oil - stir it well for 10 minutes, Keep it overnight next day morning filter the oil & keep it in amber coloured glass bottle. Massage this oil thoroughly at night on scalp and wash it in morning.
