=Sizing=
When choosing your size, pick the size that best matches the top tier of your cake. If you are getting a standard flat cake or round cake choose the largest size to fit.
=Processing=
Processing time is usually 1 to 3 days depending on the season. If you ordered one that is wood and is being painted this process can take an extra 2 days to dry. Although we try and stock all our colors, sometimes a color can take an extra day to receive. Please email us if you are concerned with the time. Keep in mind all toppers are shipped with protective film! We only paint the wood by request!
=Damaged Item=
We work very hard in trying to make sure our packages are in top shape for shipping. Unfortunately, we can't control what happens when the USPS has the item. Please let us know ASAP if your item has arrived broken so we can work hard to remedy the situation. Please try and send us pictures as well. Pictures help us decide if our item might need a makeover or to be made a little thicker.
