Hutzler Garlic Slicer/Shredder

A mini mandolin for garlic, slicing perfectly thin even slices of garlic. One side slices, the other side shreds. The garlic chamber with finger protecter tightly grips the garlic for safe slicing/shredding, keeping fingers away from the blade and the garlic. A rubber non-slip base keeps the unit in place while slicing. The sharp blade is made of stainless steel while the balance is made from heavy duty BPA free plastic. Dishwasher safe for easy cleanup.
