These restaurant pans are a great way to store cold food. The gastronorm containers have a durable polycarbonate composition to tolerate the difficult demands of commercial use. These restaurant pans feature a black color to hide wear and tear. The non-stick interior will wipe clean easily or can be washed in the dishwasher to ensure maximum sanitation. These restaurant pans are developed for temperatures between -40°F to 210°F and are compatible with the Hubert® brand lids, which are sold separately.
