How To Make Bracelet: Step 1: Hold the U-Shaped tool so the hooks are facing up and loop the bands around the two loops on one side, then bring it around the other side and loop it over the original hooks again. Step 2: Use the hook to add bands. Slip the hook under the first band and put a band on the end. Pull the hook + band under the first band on the loom.
