Vinyl doesn't weed:
Adjust cutting machine to firmer pressure, as new blade works well with «Vinyl +» mode, slightly used will works with «Iron On» mode, and very used blades would work on «Glitter» mode only.
Vinyl doesn't stick to tshirt:
Try higher temperature and longer time with heat press. Be sure to wash the garment before applying the vinyl, because the manufacturer might have put something on the fabric, to keep it looking good, and the HTV might stick to the product, and not the fabric. Also, it will come loose when the product washes off.
