Prior to use, soak your fingers in warm, soapy water or cuticle oil to soften your cuticles. After a few minutes, use the spoon shaped or flat end to gently push back your cuticle, starting about a 1/4" away from the base of your nail using care not to push too hard. Repeat for each finger. Use a cuticle nipper to remove any excess cuticle. This will leave you with fresh, clean looking nails.
