Installation instructions:
1)Turn off the water (at toilet's base)
2)Flush the toilet and ensure that the tank is fully empty
3)Twist the stem counter-clockwise, the trick is to lift the can and do it from under the can (but still inside the can)
4)Replace the old seal with your new seal
5)Put the stem back in and twist clockwise to tighten
6)Reinstall the flush chain
7)Check to ensure it's fully functioning and sealing properly
