Important Tips
1.At the beginning of tapping, try to position the tap as much as possible , then apply pressure to the tap and turn the tap wrench. When tapping 1-2 turns, carefully check and correct the position of the tap. Generally, the tap position should be correct when tapping 3-4 turns of thread. Then only need to rotate the wrench, and no more pressure on the tap, otherwise the thread profile will be damaged.
2.When tapping the screw holes of plastic materials, add lubricating coolant. For steel materials, engine oil or emulsion with higher concentration is generally used. If there is higher demand, rapeseed oil or molybdenum disulfide can be used. For stainless steel, 30# engine oil or sulfurized oil can be used.
3.The force of both hands must be even when operating the tap wrench. The wrench and the tap should form an angle of 90 degrees, and the tap and the threaded bottom hole are perpendicular to each other
