Kids ice packs is a drug free way to relieve pain and inflammation Cold Therapy To Help: Can help relieve babies'/toddlers'/kids' fever, swelling,injuries and other pains. Methods of Use: For cold therapy: freeze the kids ice pack in freezer for at least 2 hours, helps boo boo's fever, headche, toothache and other pains. For hot therapy: place boo boo ice pack in microwave for 10 seconds, help to relieve outchies or boo boo. If the product temperature is too low, please leave it for a while and then use it at the desired temperature. To avoid frostbite, test the temperature of the product before use.
