Of course your soap must be wet to use it, but don’t store it in a place where it stays wet during your shower. Nothing will make your soap disintegrate faster than keeping it wet. 2) Let Your Soap Air Dry Between Uses. After your shower, make sure your soap is in a place where it can fully dry before you use it again. Allowing the air to dry out its moisture will make a bar of soap harder so that it lasts longer. 3) Store Your Soap in a Proper Soap Dish. Don’t store your soap on a ledge in the tub or shower directly in the water stream. You should store your soap in a soap dish that allows air flow under the soap, as well as over it, so it will dry out by the time you shower again. 4) Save Your Soap Scraps & Smaller Soap Pieces in a Soap-Saving Pouch.
