Hi Mountain Natural Hog Casings #098, use for Italian sausage, German sausage, Polish sausage, bratwurst sausage. Simply rinse off the salt and soak the casings in warm water until soft and pliable about 30-40 minutes. Run warm water through casings before use. Then stuff.
