Kit includes Two 4.2 oz. packets of Hi Mountain cure, two 9.25 oz. Original Salami Seasoning packets, one 2.25 oz. packet of citric acid, one package of collagen casings, detailed instructions. Grinder and stuffer not included. INGREDIENTS, CURE: salt, sugar, sodium nitrite (.85%), caramel color SEASONING: salt, corn syrup solids, spices, natural flavor (maltodextrin), calcium stearate (anti-caking agent), mustard seed, garlic powder, less than 1% partially hydrogenated cottonseed and soybean oil (refined to be allergen free) added as processing aids. CITRIC ACID: Citric acid encapsulated with hydrogenated cottonseed oil. This product is produced in a plant that also processes egg, fish, milk shellfish, soy and wheat.
