Hi Mountain Jerky Cure & Seasoning: Low Sodium Original Blend

With more than 20 varieties of Jerky Seasonings to choose from, Hi Mountain has something for everyone. Jerky can be made in an oven, smoker or dehydrator. “Original” is our most popular blend, with 50% less salt. Ingredients: Salt, spice, garlic powder and spice extractives, soy sauce powder [(wheat, soybeans, salt), maltodextrin, salt] and less than 2% soybean oil (refined to be allergen free) and silicon dioxide to prevent caking. Cure: Salt, sugar, sodium nitrite (.85%), caramel color.
