Hi Mountain Jerky Cure Seasoning Low Sodium Hunter s Blend

With more than 20 varieties of Jerky Seasonings to choose from, Hi Mountain has something for everyone. Jerky can be made in an oven, smoker or dehydrator. Hunter’s Blend is a special combination of seasonings that feature garlic, pepper, a hint of hickory and finishing with some heat. Ingredients: Salt, pepper, garlic powder, hickory powder with maltodextrin, spice extractives, spices (includes cayenne, chipotle, jalapeno and habanero peppers, and black pepper), sugar, natural flavors and natural smoke flavor. Not more than 2% soybean oil (refined to be allergen free) and silicon dioxide to prevent caking. Contains wheat. Cure: Salt, sugar, sodium nitrite (.85%), caramel color.
