Hi Mountain Smokehouse Cans give you great smoke flavor on any type of grill. Instructions: Remove top and side label. Place directly on center of coals or hotest part of grill. When the SmokeHouse can begins smoking, turn grill to desired temperature and place meat on grill. For best results keep grill lid closed. SmokeHouse will stop smoking when removed from heat. CAUTION: Can will be hot. May be used upto 5 times depending on grilling time.
