It's Anti-Inflammatory, Anti-Bacterial, Anti-Fungal reduces swelling and promotes healing. Posted in the pictures is a testimonial from someone who skinned their nose very badly and used only the healing balm to promote healing. Those were picture at the beginning, middle, and near the end of her progress over a 2 week period. It has the consistency of vasoline, and works better than neosporin.
