Application :The Best GT37 series turbocharger rebuild kit for 2004 and up Ford 6.0 Powerstroke Diesel engines (GT3782V Turbo). Will also fit Chevrolet and GMC 6.6L Duramax LLY and LBZ engines.

Features a Brass Thrust Bearing which provides far better heat dissipation properties than steel thrust bearings.

Brass is also a far better bearing material and is more forgiving in intermittent oil starvation conditions - it won't fuse to the thrust collar under such extreme conditions. This is why you'll never see at steel thrust bearing used in a turbo on a moderate to severe duty commercial application. Look inside the S300, S400 or HX55 turbos, or any turbo under the hood of a Kenworth or a Pete, and you'll never find a steel thrust bearing.

It greatly reduces the build up of power robbing deposits due to oil leaking through the seal into the turbine housing and on the turbine wheel. (Stock turbine seal also included). Kit also includes Both size Journal Bearings and Both size Journal Bearing Spacers enabling this kit to be used on all Garrett GT37 series turbochargers.

All parts are included as shown in picture below (journal bearings, o-rings, thrust bearing and seals, etc.) including 12- point Grade 12.9 bolts. Please be aware that some early 6.0 Ford Powerstrokes,particularly some model year 2003 trucks, used a GT35 series turbo and this rebuild kit will not fit those turbos.
