Horns have a long tradition at Hella. Hella has been developing and manufacturing acoustic signal units at the highest technical level for almost 100 years. Standard original equipment signal horns make a relative hard sound which is mainly focused forwards. This achieves adequate penetration of the traffic noise over a shorter distance. Supertone horns are particularly suitable for more extreme driving conditions with their sounds greater penetration force due to a larger size and more powerful electrical drive. High performance and off-road vehicles need the extra safety afforded to them by the upgrading of the original horns. Just as upgrading your lighting will give longer range to visibility, upgrading to Supertone horns will increase the range at which others will be aware of your vehicle when needed.
