John Martyn is known as the legendary singer-songwriter, arranger and guitarist that blurred boundaries between Folk, Rock, Jazz & Blues. Heaven And Earth is the last album Martyn was working on before his death in 2009, and was completed by Gary Pollitt & Jim Tullio, two of his closest friends & colleagues.
