1. How to get moist heat mode from this heating pad?
1). Gently dab/pat one side of the Pad with awet sponge/cloth or use a spray bottle to apply a fine mist.
2). Place the moistened side of the Pad ontop of the body.
3). Don't put the pad soaked.
4). Make sure the Control Connector or Pad Connector is not sprayed or dampened. Please keep them completely dry all thetime. Otherwise it may cause serious personal injury.
2. How to wash the heating pad?
1). Disconnect the power cord of heating padfrom the electrical outlet before washing.
2).Disconnect cord from pad by squeezing thelocking clips on connector with hand and pulling firmly with the other hand.
3). Hand wash pad or machine wash in coldwater(30°C/80°F ) on extra gentle cycle.
4).Make sure the product is completely drybefore the next use.
