Charging: Please charge the battery with suitable USB charger till it is fully charged when all the three blue lights are on. 2. Wearing socks: Put the socks on your feet (Note the front and back of the socks, do not wear inside out). It is recommended that the battery pocket be placed on the outer tip of the foot. 3. Connect the battery power: Take out the link wire inside the socks and insert it to the battery hole.Then put the battery smoothly into the battery pocket. 4. Power on: Press the switch button and the battery indicator will light up. The three blue lights represent the three gears output by the battery. The third gear temperature is about 35/50/60°C respectively. 5. Adjust the temperature: Click the button to adjust the temperature as per requirement (the lights are all on for the highest gear). 6. Power off: Press the switch button for 2 seconds to shut down. WASHING INSTRUCTIONS: - Be sure to remove the battery before washing, and insert the battery link wire into the battery pocket(Note that the battery can not be washed). - The water temperature should not exceed 122°F (50°C). - Place the socks in a laundry bag for washing machine or hand wash.
