Silverweed is a plant known for its silvery-white colour of the leaves on the bottom side of the leaves. This plant grows well in many areas throughout North America, Europe, Australia, New Zealand, Asia, South America and in parts of Africa. It is known by the common names common silverweed, silver cinquefoil, goose wort, goose grass or goose tansy. All parts of the silverweed are edible. Prepare tea using 1 tsp of Silverweed Herb with 1 cup (200 ml) of hot water and boil for 10 minutes. Then strain it and drink. This mixture can be used also externally.
