Health Embassy Oak Bark (Quercus Cortex) Herbal Tea 50g

Oak is a tree native to the Americas, Asia, Europe, and North Africa. Oak Bark is obtained from young stumps and branches of the oak tree. It can be brewed into a strong decoction that can be taken as a tea, or used in baths, douches and skin washes. To prepare a decoction, pour over 1 glass (250 ml) of water over 1 tsp of Oak Bark. Heat it in a pot for 10 minutes, then leave covered for 10 minutes. Strain and drink. You can also use this decoction for external use.
