Built with Safe Material
The entire pan is coated with Maifanite stone which is highly conductive.
PFOA-free coating to avoid peeling or flaking off allows healthy cooking with less oil and fat.
The square egg pan also presents you with superior nonstick performance, enjoy easy cooking without the hassle.

Ultra-hard Tempered Glass Lid
The tamagoyaki pan lid is made with ultra-hard tempered glass, allows strong heat and long-lasting cooking. The vent holes at the rim of the lid allow hot pressure to escape from the vessel and make simmering much more effective.

Built with Stainless Steel Base
Stainless steel bottom design is extremely durable, guarantee no deformation in time.
Cast aluminum provides good heat retention and diffusion.

Heat Resistant Handle
Cook intensively with sturdy & ergonomic handles with an easy-grip design makes the omelet easy to flip.

How to make perfect tamagoyaki?

1. Mix 3 large eggs and preheat the square skillet in medium heat and put the oil evenly.
2. Pour the egg mixture and spread it thinly and evenly along the Japanese egg pan.
3. After the bottom of the egg layer is cooked a little, you can start rolling the egg from the curve part of the egg roll pan.
4. Push the semi-finish egg roll to the curve part of the rectangle pan and then add another layer of egg mixture and repeat steps 4 & 5. Cook 3 layers for the best result.
5. Gently take the egg roll out and cut them into even portions.
