How to make the balloon garland? Step 1: Blow up all the latex balloons and knot them. Step 2: Insert the balloons 12 inch into the hole of the balloon tape strip. Step 3: Stick the balloons 5 inch to the balloons 12 inch with adhesive dots. Step 4: Hang up the balloon garland kit.
Attention: Please DO NOT overfill the balloons. The number 2 foil balloon cant float when its inflated with Helium or air, suggest to inflate it with air. The ghost foil balloon and bat foil balloon can float when theyre inflated with Helium. The ghost/bat print latex balloons may have smell of ink when arrived, please air them outside in advance for half a day, then the smell will dissipate.
