In food anufacturing, Ground Ivy is used as a flavouring, also as a salad green in many countries. To prepare a tea, use 1 tsp of Ground Ivy Herb per 1 cup (200 ml) of hot water. Cover the herb with hot, nearly boiling water and let it steep for 5-15 minutes. After this time strain the mixture and drink. You can use this tea also as a poultice.
