1. Inflate the balloons to multiple sizes then tie knots, recommend various colors and blow up different sizes to get a amazing look to your garland.(Recommend electric ballon pump!) 2. The kit comes with a balloon plastic roll that has little holes. Measure and cut balloon plastic roll to desired length, leave extra on each end for hang the decoration later. 3.
