Next, separate the foil liners one by one from the bottom to top. With this process, it is easier to separate and keep its shape.    Useful Tips Most cupcakes bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 15 to 22 minutes, always check to see if cupcakes are done as soon as they reach the minimum baking time. The easiest way to test is to insert a toothpick during baking. If it comes out clean or with just a few dry crumbs attached, your yummy cupcake is done!
