Goat's Rue is a bushy perennial shrub native to Europe and some parts of Asia. It's known also as galega, goat's-rue, French lilac, Italian fitch or professor-weed. That herb is harvested during the summer flowering season. Goat’s rue has a long and varied history of use reaching as far as the Middle Ages.
