How to Use:
1. Put the bottle on the cutter and adjust the length.
2. Rotate the bottle to cut (remember to wear gloves).
3. Put the two rubber rings on both ends of the incision.
4. Pour boiling water over the incision for 1?2 minutes (be careful not to burn).
4. Pour room temperature water over the incision.
5. Remove with force, and then sand the incision with sandpaper.
